Warranty:
Products are insured until delivery. Once signed for, the product is the customer's responsibility, so it is recommended to thoroughly check the order upon receipt. Below are some basic tips for keeping leather accessories in good condition:

1. Clean regularly with a damp cloth and a little neutral soap (be careful with tan leathers; using too much water will darken the leather's color). It is important to dry well with a dry cloth.
2. Protect them from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and cracking of the leather.
3. We recommend applying "Saphir luxury colorless leather cream" (this product can be found in our online store) once a month to keep it in good condition. To apply this product, use a sponge in circular motions until completely absorbed, allowing the product to work.
4. Avoid direct contact with water as it can damage the leather and cause discoloration. Avoid exposure to extreme heat as it can cause the leather to dry out and crack.
