The Panama hat, also called “sombrero de paja toquilla”, is made in Spain with the braided leaves of the Carludovica Palmata palm tree from Ecuador.

They are hats with personality and with different types of braiding, tones, etc. The panama models take the person to the summer, to the sun and to occasions of enjoyment. Below are some basic tips for keeping leather accessories in good condition:

  1. Clean regularly with a damp cloth and a little neutral soap (be careful with tan leathers; using too much water will darken the leather's color). It is important to dry well with a dry cloth.

  3. We recommend applying "Saphir luxury colorless leather cream" (this product can be found in our online store) once a month to keep it in good condition. To apply this product, use a sponge in circular motions until completely absorbed, allowing the product to work.
  4. Avoid direct contact with water as it can damage the leather and cause discoloration. Avoid exposure to extreme heat as it can cause the leather to dry out and crack.

Everything you need for the perfect hat fit. You should measure the circumference of your head using a tailor's tape measure. If you do not have one, you can use a string and then measure it with a ruler. Measure at the level where a hat normally sits, which is above the ears and in the middle of the forehead. When taking the measurement, hold the tape firm but without pulling it tight. In case it is a gift or you have difficulty measuring your head, as a guide, on average, men tend to wear a size of 58 cm and women a size of 56 cm.
